With its Tyrolean atmosphere, Ristorante Tea da Borch on Via Saroch is within easy reach of South Livigno Hotels, including the Hotel Alexander. Set in a “Hansel and Gretel” Baita overlooking the valley, the restaurant is well-located at the foot of the Carousel 3000. Run by two brothers, Albertino and Giglio, it is something of a local landmark serving fabulous dinner after dark and delicious homemade cakes and hot drinks on the sunny terrace throughout the day. Using fresh seasonal ingredients the speciality is Pizzoccheri although the Risotto Bresaola is not to be missed.
